I see stories like this and it breaks my heart. The shooter's mom knew he needed medication for his mental stability, that he was drinking and smoking pot. The victim's mom had the shooter IN HER HOME drinking, playing with a gun and threatening to kill her daughter. Hello?? Anyone?? Hello??
