Poisonous Penumbras - have courts over stepped their bounds??
Have our courts and judges overstepped their constitutional bounds? There appears to be a groundswell that is building that says yes, the courts are out of controll and need to be reigned in. Jed Babbin has an interesting summary of the issue.
