Concerns Mount That France May Vote Against EU Charter -- 04/27/2005

Could it be that the French citizens are unwilling to give up their sovereignty? Are they beginning to realize that support of the EU constitution transfers decision making concerning what is right for France to the EU? Should be an interesting 6 months or so as more countries roll through there referendums on the EU Constitution.
