Let me get this straight. The federal government refuses to get a handle on illegals pouring into our country. A Texas town says you can't rent an apartment to a criminal in our country illegally. And the federal government says it is an unconstitutional law because only the federal government can control immigration - which they seem to refuse to handle. Is this a great country for criminals or what!!

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas (AP) -- A Dallas suburb's ban on apartment rentals to illegal immigrants, an ordinance passed by city leaders and later endorsed in a vote by its residents, is unconstitutional, a federal judge found Wednesday.
Only the federal government can regulate immigration, U.S. District Judge Sam A. Lindsay concluded in his decision.
